The Center Hall

The 32,400 square foot main hall can accommodate everything from a 4,000 seat arena event to over 188, 10’ x 10’ booths in an exhibit layout. The main arena also features a large arena lobby area and two full service concessions areas plus separate office. Depending on the needs of your event, Center Hall has the option to divide into two 16, 200 sq. ft. Half Hall event areas. See the rental rates.

Payment
All payments for the use of the Manatee Convention Center are required prior to the event day.

Use Application
A completed Use Application is required to obtain license agreement.

Insurance
Events are required to provide Event Liability Insurance –Bodily Injury Liability $1,000,000 and Property Damage $1,000,000 per occurrence.

Concessions
The Manatee Convention Center offers a tasty selection of concession items for most events. Standard items include popcorn, hotdogs and soda. Day long events will offer additional items as well. Our building policy does not allow coolers, glass bottles or cans to be brought into the building at any time. Alcohol service is provided by the convention center during certain events.
