The Conference Center at the Manatee Convention Center offers a fully equipped business center, separate entrance, its own restrooms and a separate pre-function area.

In the conference center, there’s a choice of seven large meeting rooms and a spacious pre-function area. The meeting rooms are versatile enough to handle groups from five to 500. The Conference Center amenities include state-of-the-art video-conferencing capabilities, a full complement of highest-quality audiovisual equipment and restricted phone lines in all of the meeting rooms. Payment
All payments for the use of the Manatee Convention Center are required prior to the event day.

Use Application
A completed New Application is required to obtain license agreement.

Insurance
Events are required to provide Event Liability Insurance –Bodily Injury Liability $1,000,000 and Property Damage $1,000,000 per occurrence.

Concessions
The Manatee Convention Center offers a tasty selection of concession items for most events. Standard items include popcorn, hotdogs and soda. Day long events will offer additional items as well. Our building policy does not allow coolers, glass bottles or cans to be brought into the building at any time. Alcohol service is provided by the convention center during certain events.
